In 1994 this spot near a boat ramp in Point Loma, California was quite a hot spot. You might recognize it from Tom Penny’s part in the TransWorld Skateboarding video Uno. Yeah, Tom shut it down. Years later, 2010 to be exact Truman Hooker took a new approach to the spot and did a liplside transfer into the bank.
